At your dashboard, navigate to Fulfilment and click Courier Setting.
2. You will see J&T, GDEX and Easyparcel under the Courier Tab. Under the J&T tab, select the Own Account option as you this will be your existing courier account. The SUBPLACE Supported Account selection will be disabled and may only be provided to selected Biz Partners.
3. Input your J&T account credentials without missing out any fields. To learn how to obtain your J&T account credentials, click here.
4. Click Save, then copy the webhook url and provide to your J&T account manager to enable the service.
4. If you wish to save this courier as your default courier service, select Yes. By selecting Yes, your shipping fee will be displayed on SUBPLACE based on this courier. If you wish to display Ninja Van as your shipping fee, select No. Click on Edit my markup rate shipping to edit your shipping rate template. Learn to use the template here.
Click Save once done.
Q: Is it mandatory to set up additional courier services?
A: No, it is not mandatory. Ninja Van will continue to be your default courier service if you do not add your own courier accounts.
