The Table Rate Shipping feature is an extension of your courier service rate. In this module, you are able to customize your rate through markup/markdown, add or exclude custom rates by Geo zone, State & Postcode.

Every Biz Partner will have Ninja Van as your default courier and shipping rate template. No changes can be made on this template. All figures are for reference only.

If you have added J&T, GDEX & Easyparcel, you can select your default shipping rate template and markup/markdown your shipping fee.

Select your courier service from the dropdown list. Please note that only the courier company you have saved in your account will be available for selection. The image below shows's an example where J&T is selected.
2. Select My Template - Your Company Name as your default template. The system will display your courier account's rate template after selection.
3. As shown in the image below, your base rate will displayed from per 1KG.
4. You can markup or markdown your rate per KG by using the Amount (RM) field. The final rate will be displayed at the Estimated Shipping Fee
5. Include Geozone to your shipping rate template. With this feature you can now set custom shipping rates with markup/markdowns, defined by "From" and "To"
You can define by 3 different levels:
By Geo Zones: West Malaysia to East Malaysia
By State
By Postcode
This example below shows a new geo zone included by the Biz Partner, where by to deliver from Selangor to Kedah with the postcode will have a markup fee of RM1.90 and the final estimated shipping fee is RM5.90.
5. Exclude Geo Zone feature is to exclude a particular area from your included Geo Zone previously. For example, this exlude geo zone feature exclude postcode area 07000. 07000 is a postcode under the state of Kedah. Hence, for address 07000 the shipping will remain as RM4.00 instead of RM5.90
Click Save after you have added all your markup/markdown, include & exclude geo zones for your customized table rate shipping. Your shipping fee will be displayed .
6. Makesure your shipping fee template is set to Enable. This shipping fee will now be displayed for your customers at your plan page.
