Latest enhancement and features on product creation and update

Setup Product Type, Product Weight & Dimensions

1. Login to your dashboard, navigate to Product & Plans > Manage Product > Action > Product Variants.

2. Select your product type based on the products to be included in your plans listed in SUBPLACE.

3. For Physical product, fill in your product weight & dimensions. To proceed, click save & continue.

4. For Non-Physical product, weight & dimensions information are not required.

Courier Settings & Table Rate Shipping.

By default, your default courier partner in SUBPLACE will be Ninja Van. All your plans will be displayed with shipping fee rates based on Ninja Van. To add your own J&T, GDEX & Easyparcel courier account, click here to learn.

Shipping Fee Display

1. Login to your dashboard, navigate to Product & Plans > Manage Plans > Action > Plan Details

Toggle Yes: Your subscription fee is inclusive of shipping fees. Shipping Fee will not be displayed in your plan

Toggle No: Your subscription fee is not included with shipping fees. Your plans will be displayed with shipping fees.
