Embedded Files
BP can import products from SiteGiant. You may use the following steps to do so.
Firstly, you must request the SiteGiant API following to use the function:
API_key
store_email
And then request Tech Team to turn on the feature for the BP (request via clickup).
Step 1: Setting up SiteGiant Setting of BP and download the excel file

Goto Product & Plan > Product Import
You will see the following page
Select store and in the action type BP should have an option of [Stie Giant]
Fill in the following:
Click [Submit] and wait for the process. It will take a couple of minutes for the processing.
Step 2: Refresh the page & continue with uploading excel

Once the file downloaded, please refresh the page if the system still loading. Kindly check the data in the downloaded file especially product name and pricing. If no issue, you may process to upload the file in the same screen.
