A. Biz Partner Vouchers

Follow the steps below to create vouchers for your store

At your SUBPLACE dashboard, click on Marketing > Biz Partner Vouchers

2. Click Add Voucher

3. Fill up Voucher Target & Info.

By default, your voucher type will be a claimable voucher.
Provide an attractive title for your voucher and brief description.

4. Setup your discount setting. Select Amount or Percentage according to your preference and key in the voucher discount value.

Amount: The voucher created will discount a specified amount in RM. For e.g. 5 will allow customers to have RM5 discount
Percentage: The voucher created will discount a specified percentage from the final price. For e.g. 10 will allow customers to have 10% discount
Set a minimum spend applicable for the voucher created. If you have selected Percentage, you will have to set a capped amount. For e.g 50% discount with a capped amount at RM10

5. Next, complete the voucher setup:

Store voucher: If you've selected this option, the voucher created can be claimed and used for every plans in your store
Plan voucher: If you've selected this option, the voucher created can be claimed and used for the specific plans that you allow.
Voucher limitation Settings: You may tick the box if you intend to issue unlimited number of vouchers.

Visible Date: Set a time period for the voucher to be visible to customers.
Claimable Date: Set a time period for the vouchers to be claimed by customers
Useable Date: Set a time period for the customers to use your voucher at their checkout.
Max Order Per Item: Set a maximum quantity per item for the voucher to be applicable. *Not applicable if it's a plan voucher.
Total vouchers to be issued: Set a total number of vouchers you intend to provide. *You may add additional numbers from time to time.
Voucher limit per customer: Set a limit of voucher usage for each customer.

6. Next, use the Applicable To options to define how the vouchers can be applied. Click on the options to set your own voucher application.

All plan: The voucher created will be applicable to all the plans in your store.
- - - - Multiply by quantity: To average out the voucher amount with the number of plan quantities. *Only applicable to plan vouchers.

Selected Store: If you have more than one stores, you may select the store which the voucher will be applied or which store the voucher will be excluded from.

Selected Plan: You may select which plans the voucher will be applied or alternatively, exclude the selected plan. You may also define multiply by quantity.

7. Finally, click Submit to save the voucher. Your voucher will be displayed as below. You may edit, duplicate and delete the voucher from the Action column.
