Refer the guidelines below to identify the changes before processing your orders.
To view your new RTO orders, at your dashboard go to Sales Summary > Order. Take note on the remark on the left indicating the order requires KYC verification. Click on the action button to view order details.
No KYC: Subscriber has not completed their identity verification. You cannot confirm the new order but you can reject.
KYC Verified: Subscriber has completed their identity verification. You can confirm/reject the new order.
2. An order without customer's KYC verification can not be confirmed. However you may reject the order should you find it necessary.
3. For orders with verified customer KYC status, you are able to confirm and process the orders as per usual upon your CTOS assessment.
