When a subscriber subscribes to your plan, you may request them to provide you with additional information. The request can be requested either when you:
Setting up your plan
Confirming an order
The additional information can be collected in the following format:
document - let subscribers upload an document either pdf or images file.
Free text - let subscribers fill in a free text answer like reference code, feedback or comment etc.
Single selection - let subscribers select 1 answer from the list of answers that you provided for example salary range.
Multiple selection - let subscriber select multiple answers from the list of answers that you provided
While setting up a plan, you may set the additional information that you need before they subscribe to your plan. For example: You RTO plan required the supporing document like pay slip and employment letter to ensure the subscriber has solid income to pay the recurring payment. Another example is you setup a plan for subscriber to subscribe to get claimed some free gift or sample from you. However you want to collect some customer perference data. You may request for the same by settup the "additional information" section
How to set
Create a new plan or edit your existing plan.
In the plan detail tab, scroll down to the "Additional Information" section.
Only either of the following plans will have this section. "One-off" does not have this section.
A subscription plan
An RTO plan
Click to enable the feature and click save to toggle the setting
form.
Click the pencil icon to show or collapes each question
Select the information type you want
Key in your question or the tile of the information that you need
For type = document
Key in your question or the purpose of the document required. For instance: Please provide you pay slip to proff your monthly income.
Provide a title for the document requested. Eg: Pay Slip
You can request multiple documents in 1 question. Click: "Add more documents" to request more documents.
Repeat the step 1 & 2 above for each document.
If you have done your question and would like add more question, click the [Add Question] button. A new question will appear at the bottom. You may setup your new question by selecting the question type.
If your question type is a free text key in your question.
If your question type is a "single selection" or "multiple selection"
key in your question
And then key in your answer 1 by 1
Click the [Add more row] to add more answer

If you did not setup your plan to collect additional information becasue you do not want to complicate the ordering process, you may still request the additional information when you attempt to confirm a new order.
Especially for an RTO plan when the CTOS report data is insufficient for you to make a decision to confirm or reject a new order, you may set the request in the order detail page on the spot.
To do so, go to any RTO new order from the left menu > Sales Summary > Order
Scroll to the "Additional Info" section and start entering your question the same way as the plan setup.
Remember to click the [Request Customer Additional Info] button when you have done all the questions.
The subscriber will receive an email notification for the request and they can goto the order detail page in their account to provide their answers. When they have submitted their answer, you will received an email notification too.You may then access the order detail page again to view the response and decide should you confirm or reject the order.
