Exporting the Excel File
To export an Excel file from the Product Management module, follow these steps:
Log in to the system and navigate to the "Product Management" section.
Under the "Manage Product" module, locate and select "Export Excel File."
Editing the File

Once you have exported the Excel file, you can proceed with making modifications. However, there are certain restrictions you need to keep in mind. Please note the following:
Editing any column highlighted in grey is prohibited. These columns contain critical information that should not be altered.
For detailed instructions on how to read the file and understand the data structure, refer to the instructions provided at the top of the Excel file.

After making the necessary edits to the Excel file, you can import it back into the system by following these steps:
Return to the "Product Management" section.
Choose the edited Excel file you wish to import.

Once the file has been imported, you will receive a confirmation message indicating a successful import. Please review the updated product/plan list to ensure that the changes have been accurately reflected.

The changes made in the edited file will now be visible in the product/plan list. Take a moment to review the updated information and ensure that it aligns with your expectations.
