When placing an RTO order, the subsriber is required to sign the agreement. Sometime, the subscriber might not sign the agreement properly. As a merchant, when confirming an RTO new order, you should first check the agreement signature besides checking the CTOS report. If you notice the signature is not acceptable, you may request the subscriber to sign the agreement again with a proper signature.
How in works?
In the new order detail page, open the agreement scroll to the subscriber signature to check the signature.
If you think the signature is not acceptable, go back to the order detail page and click the [Request Re-sign Signature] button.
Upon confirming the signature re-sign request, the button will disappear and the signature status will change to "pending re-sign". The subscriber will receive a notification in their email and their account in both web and App. for this but suggest you contact the subscriber to ask for the action. You may refer to the Subscriber Library > Re-sign Signature for how the subscriber re-sign the signature.
Upon the subscriber re-signed the agreement, you will receive an email notification also. Just go back to the order detail page to recheck again the signature. If it is acceptable, you may proceed confirming the order as of your normal precedure. If not, you may repeat the action to request the subscriber to re-sign again and again until the signature is accepatble.
