SUBPLACE Platform Commission Fee and SST Rate Announcement Effective March 1, 2024

In our ongoing commitment to fostering mutual support and growth, SUBPLACE Platform Commission Fee and SST Rate adjustment will be revised effective as of 12:00 am, 1st March 2024, for all orders marked as delivered and accepted by Subscribers. This adjustment is applicable to all SUBPLACE Biz Partners.

Upon successful acceptance by a Subscriber, SUBPLACE will charge a fee on the sale, which will be incurred upon completion of the order by the SUBPLACE Biz Partner. This fee will be automatically deducted from Biz Partner payouts.

The Platform Commission Fee will be revised by product category as follows, ranging between 4.6% to 7% (including the payment gateway and before SST).

The Calculation of Commission Fee

The Commission Fee will be charged based on your item price. 

SUBPLACE funded promotions or platform campaign offers will not be deducted from the item price when calculating the Biz Partner’s Commission Fee. 

Commission Fee = (Product Price – Biz Partner Product Discount – Biz Partner Store Voucher) x (Commission Rate + SST) 

How Will I Be Charged?

Rest assured that you'll have access to view the commission fees charged on your completed orders via the bill list, which can be found under SUBPLACE Seller Centre > Finance > Settlement List > Bill List.
